The 2024 Six Nations starts on Friday, 2 February and BBC Sport has live coverage and highlights across TV, iPlayer, radio and online.
BBC One will broadcast live coverage of one game every round, starting with Wales v Scotland at the Principality Stadium on Saturday, 3 February.
BBC Radio 5 Live or BBC 5 Sports Extra will have live commentary of every game, and their coverage starts in Marseille with the opening match between 2022 champions France and last year’s Grand Slam winners Ireland.
Radio 5 Sports Extra will host live commentary of England’s opening match against Italy as well as Wales v Scotland.
Match highlights of every game will be available on the BBC Sport website and app as well as iPlayer shortly after full-time.
There will be match highlights and analysis of every match on Six Nations Rugby Special on BBC Two and iPlayer on Sunday evenings.
The Rugby Union Weekly Podcast will provide insight and analysis every day during the Six Nations and former England scrum-half Matt Dawson will have regular columns on the BBC Sport website and app.
The extensive online coverage will also feature live streams, text commentaries and the latest news from all the teams.
BBC Sport also has live coverage on its digital platforms of every match of the Under-20 Six Nations, commencing on Friday, 2 February, as well as the Women’s Six Nations, which begins on Saturday, 23 March.
What games are the BBC showing on TV?
Over the following weeks, BBC One will show live coverage of:

- Scotland v France on 10 February
- Scotland v England on 24 February
- Wales v France on 10 March
- Wales v Italy on 18 March
All the other matches will be shown live on ITV.
