Wales head coach Warren Gatland says fly-half Ioan Lloyd will be given freedom to play his natural, expansive game against England in the Six Nations at Twickenham.
Lloyd, 22, has been declared fit to make his first start for Wales on Saturday, the Scarlets playmaker having impressed from the bench in the 26-27 opening round defeat against Scotland.
Gatland says Wales will play to Lloyd’s strengths and joked they can no longer implement the direct, physical approach which was dubbed ‘Warrenball’.
