Northwestern’s regular kicker, Jack Olsen, will miss Friday’s game against Maryland due to a lower-body injury, according to Pete Thamel of ESPN. As a result, Luke Akers, son of longtime Philadelphia Eagles kicker David Akers, will handle kicking duties.
