With early and ceremonial weigh ins officially in the book, fight fans can now check out the final staredowns ahead of UFC Tampa tomorrow night (Sat., Dec. 14, 2024) from inside Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
The final card of the year, UFC Tampa is definitely a step up from the usual free card inside the Apex. In the main event, three-time title challenger Colby Covington will attempt to defend his No. 6 spot against surging knockout artist Joaquin Buckley. In addition, the main card will feature established action fighters like Cub Swanson, Adrian Yanez, and Vitor Petrino.
There are quite a few fun fights throughout the “Prelims” as well. The veteran Michael Johnson is always game for a slugfest, and his opponent Ottman Azaitar is a kill-or-be-killed puncher himself. Then, there’s the excellent Lightweight clash between Joel Alvarez and Drakkar Klose that should probably be the co-main event! Finally, if you’ve seen a single “Dangerous” Davey Grant fight in the last five years, you know well enough not to miss a second of his brawls.
Friday’s UFC Tampa ceremonial weigh ins allowed all fighters to come together for one final staredown. Check them out below and let us know who will win this weekend in “The Big Guava!”
