This only stood out to me because I looked up how many 3s KAT has taken this season earlier today… But it’s wild that Steph Curry took 1/10th the amount of 3s tonight that KAT has taken all season
Curry tonight: 10/23 from 3, 43.5%
KAT this season: 106/242, 43.8% – 11:04 PM

Curry goes for 60 points — 22 in the fourth — on 22-of-38 shooting. But it’s not enough as the Warriors fall to the Hawks 141-134 in overtime. Really missed Kuminga and Wiggins, and needed more from Thompson (10 pts, 4/19 FG)
They’re now 1-4 in OT this season. – 10:15 PM

60 for Steph Curry in an OT loss tonight in Atlanta.
6 different guys have hit 60 this year (Luka, Embiid, Booker, Giannis, KAT, Steph).
And more than a third of the season left. – 10:12 PM

Painful first half for the Warriors in Atlanta. Draymond, Podziemski and Wiggins all came up limping at various points. Draymond and Wiggins right before half. All three stayed in the game. Score: 64-64. Steph Curry has 19 points. Clint Capela has 14 and 11 rebs (5 offensive). – 8:38 PM

Anthony Slater: Steve Kerr closed with Podziemski in place of Klay yesterday. There was an undetermined length of time this past summer that people within the Golden State Warriors believed Draymond Green might sign with the Memphis Grizzlies. Stephen Curry remembers it. He was in Hawaii. The threat of Green departing for a conference rival, he said, felt legit for at least a portion of that vacation. “A day,” Curry estimated. Green had the ultimate say. The Grizzlies were in lucrative pursuit but were a form of leverage against the incumbent Warriors. Was there even a moment Green truly believed he’d leave his only NBA home for Memphis? “An eensy bit of time,” he said. What’s an eensy bit? Two hours? “Just an eensy bit,” Green repeated, bringing his index finger and thumb a centimeter apart. -via The Athletic / February 3, 2024
