The Kansas City Chiefs are gearing up for Super Bowl LIX against the Philadelphia Eagles, and NFL fans have mixed feelings about seeing the Chiefs try to complete the first three-peat in history going up against the team they defeated in the Super Bowl two years ago to kick off this potential run of three consecutive titles.
Kansas City is now 17-2 on the year.
It has made a habit of consistently winning low-scoring close games, which has resulted in many fans clamoring that the referees are giving the Chiefs favorable calls, a take that legendary wide receiver Terrell Owens can get behind.
Dov Kleiman shared a clip from a recent podcast appearance where Owens called out the NFL for scripting games for the Chiefs, saying, “It’s blatant and obvious…and I never thought I would say games are rigged. It’s unreal the amount of calls the Chiefs get.”
Holy Sh*t: The legendary Terrell Owens says the NFL is RIGGED/SCRIPTED for Patrick Mahomes and the #Chiefs to win:

This take is being regurgitated all over the place after the Chiefs beat the Houston Texans in the AFC Divisional Round and the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game.
Both games featured some heavily disputed calls that went the Chiefs’ way, and either helped end drives on defense or extend drives on offense to put points on the board.
The fact that so many fans feel this way is a problem regardless of whether it’s true or not.
The matchup with the Eagles will surely bring back memories of the Super Bowl two years ago, which ended when the Chiefs got bailed out by a third-down holding call late in the fourth quarter that extended a drive that ended with a game-winning field goal.
