LEBANON, Ind. – In just the first year, the Puma-backed Pro16 League has put together an impressive product. Friday night the tipoff of their finals coincided with the start of the second of July’s three live evaluation periods. With four players ranked No. 27 or higher in the class of 2025, the Pro16 League features plenty of high-end talent and they supplement that with many other high-level prospects.
On Friday night at the Farmer’s Bank Fieldhouse in the Indianapolis suburbs, the proof was in the pudding. A crowd of well-known head coaches from big programs were among the nearly 300 plus schools expected to attend throughout the course of the weekend. They weren’t disappointed as the likes of five-star big man Chris Cenac and many more were putting in work.
