Four-star running back Savion Hiter of Woodberry Forest (Va.) has yet to release a top list of schools, he estimates that seven programs will make his initial cut in the coming months. A few he already knows will make the cut: “Tennessee, Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State.”
Hiter hasn’t visited Tennessee last summer but plans to return to Knoxville later this month.
“I’ve been talking to Tennessee for a while now,” Hiter told 247Sports. “They welcome me like it’s home. I have a really good bond with them.”
