Bayern Munich looks to be a little closer to getting striker Harry Kane back in the fold for Friday’s match against RB Leipzig in the Bundesliga.
FCBayern.com issued a release on the status of Kane and Alphonso Davies:
Harry Kane and Alphonso Davies were able to complete parts of team training on Monday for the first time since their respective injuries. Striker Kane suffered a strain in his right hamstring against Borussia Dortmund. Defender Davies did the same in his left hamstring against Heidenheim. Bayern’s last game of 2024 is at home to RB Leipzig on Friday.
Kane seems like he could be ready to go on Friday vs. RB Leipzig:
Davies only took part in a portion of team training:

According to Bild (via @iMiaSanMia), Kane could come back Friday, but Davies’ status is still in question:
Harry Kane is very likely to be available against RB Leipzig. Meanwhile, Alphonso Davies is still a doubt for Friday. He only warmed up with the team today and completed some passing exercises then trained individually.
Gnabry, Coman, Buchmann work out individually
Serge Gnabry, Kingsley Coman, and Tarek Buchmann all did some individual work per FCBayern.com:
There was good news from Säbener Straße on Monday morning as Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry completed a running session for the first time since their injuries. Coman suffered a hamstring strain against Heidenheim early in December, while Gnabry has been out with a knee issue. Both forwards have now taken the next step towards a return to team training.
Coman was joined on his run by defender Tarek Buchmann, who is continuing his individual recovery program.
Stanišić on his way back?
Josip Stanišić could be nearing his return (per Bild via @iMiaSanMia):
Josip Stanišić worked individually this morning and then with the team in the afternoon. He’s nearing a comeback and could be back in the squad against Leipzig.
Tel picked up injury vs. Mainz 05
The run of bad luck for Mathys Tel continues. The young Frenchman is hurt again (per Bild via @iMiaSanMia):
Mathys Tel suffered an injury against Mainz. He even cancelled his fan club visit yesterday. Today he didn’t train with the team. Tel is a doubt for Leipzig.
