With Chip Kelly leaving UCLA after six seasons as head coach and becoming Ohio State’s offensive coordinator this past Friday, his former players are in the midst of a 30-day window of when they can choose to enter the transfer portal. They are in a unique scenario, being on a quarters system, and the current academic term ending March 22.
