A Canada vs. Brazil featherweight showdown between Charles Jourdain and Jean Silva is official for Las Vegas’ UFC 303 on June 29, the promotion announced Friday.
UFC 303 takes place at the T-Mobile Arena and features the return of former two-division champion Conor McGregor versus Michael Chandler in the main event.
Jourdain (15-7-1) fought once in 2024, losing a decision to Sean Woodson in January after going 2-0 in 2023 with wins over Brazilian 145-pounders Ricardo Ramos and Kron Gracie.
Silva (12-2) impressed with a knockout of Westin Wilson in his octagon debut earlier this year and was slated to face William Gomis at UFC 301 in early May, but the Frenchman withdrew due to health issues related to his weight cut.
