NC State picked up impact additions at every offensive skill position in its attempt to reload after a disappointing 2023 season on that side of the ball. Noah Rogers headlined the receiver haul and is as highly regarded as any of the Wolfpack’s newcomers, though he remains unproven after playing in just four games at Ohio State. In the process, however, he maintained his redshirt and brings four years of eligibility to NC State as the nation’s No. 40 recruit in the 2023 class.
