The Sixers have been underwhelmed by any trade offers they have received from the Los Angeles Clippers, James Harden’s preferred destination, but LA is working on trying to change that. The Sixers want either an impact player from the Clippers to remain in contention or they want a slew of draft picks that they can then flip to another team in order to acquire that impact player to help Joel Embiid contend. ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported on “NBA Today” that the Clippers are currently working on their offer and are expected to make a new offer to the Sixers soon.
